Elgin Partnership for Early Learning (EPEL) is an early childhood community collaboration for the City of Elgin, IL, and surrounding communities. The initial scope of the project was to create infographics, but the end result was logo creation, infographics, and an annual report for the 10th-anniversary celebration.
